With this initiative, they would save 42,900 hours of time in low value-added tasks
Today, the Judiciary of Peru has Robotic Process Automation technology, to speed up the entry of judicial files, coming from all over the country; in the context of strengthening procedural discharge. The initiative was presented, at the Palace of Justice, by the President of the Judiciary, Elvia Barrios Alvarado; the member of the Executive Council, Héctor Lama More and other officials.
In this case, the bots from RPA (from the acronym in English Robotic Process Automation), read the barcode information of the files, of the courts, which are distributed to the various supreme halls. This automation will reduce the time it takes to enter tens of thousands of files, which previously took 15 minutes each to be incorporated into the system, will now take one minute and thirty seconds.
"The case of Peru with the Judiciary is an example to replicate in the rest of the Latin American nations, which by modernizing their platforms would help change the perception of the countries"
This is how the new technological tools are improving the processes that were previously carried out in a traditional way, today the benefits are immediate and with no margin for error.
This makes more and more institutions, corporations, companies, businesses and governments trust the automation proposed by Rocketbot.
States, by incorporating RPA technologies, are becoming more modern, more efficient, more executive organizations; managing to greatly reduce the time required for low value-added work, which directly favors officials and also citizens.
The case of Peru is an example to replicate in the rest of the Latin American nations, which by modernizing its platforms and processes, apart from the structural benefits, would help change the perception and image of the countries, with respect to the most developed and modern on the planet.
Automation is becoming a basic tool to make a turn and enter the new technological era, leaving behind the old bureaucracies

What could Rocketbot offer governments?
Management of large volumes of requests. Streamlining the processing of digital paperwork accurately and eliminating the human error factor.
Provide support for the great demand for call center services and online procedures; giving people data quickly and taking care of the classification.
Reduction in the waiting time for requests, that is, the bot could receive and execute procedures or transactions, in addition to delivering responses without delay.
Train the workforce remotely. By automating the registration process for new teams and collaborators.
Calculate unexpected costs. With automation technology, there can be 24-hour monitoring of expenses and resources that are being used in organizations.
An automation for problem solving
Although paradigm shifts are always rejected in the first instance; after the new techniques are assimilated and finally put into practice; This is when the problems that were traditionally caused by various factors begin to diminish. Today there are concrete examples where this reality is no longer conceivable without the facilities that technology gives us.
It is the new evolution of human reason in the face of technology, which has generated simplification, giving more value to the tasks that workers perform. These tools can also represent a greater awareness of our ecosystem and the best use of resources.
Not using technological skills to help and take care of ourselves as a species would be to waste our potential.
